Dr. Katz uses the office of Dr. Fred Heller) Because parking in San Francisco is difficult, it is best to come by BART and get out at the Montgomery Station (just one block away). There is a large city parking lot on Sutter and Stockton (about 4 blocks away). Los Angeles Office: Daily Appointments Monday - Thursday You MUST make an appointment by calling (800) 963-9273 or (310) 556-5600. The cost per visit is $165, payable at the the time of the visit. The Los Angeles office is located at: (Dr. Richard Katz) 10289 West Pico Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90064 (In the Katz Dental Building. From the 10 fwy, take Overland North to Pico Blvd. and turn towards the Rancho Park Golf Course. We are just West of 20th Century Fox Studios in Century City.)
