TheraBrite PLUS toothpaste: If you are having trouble with a metallic or sour/bitter taste, sprinkle some baking soda on the bristles of your toothbrush, then brush normally. The baking soda helps neutralize any excess acids in your mouth.
TheraBrite Oral Rinse: Within reason, the longer the oral rinse touches the areas containing anaerobic sulfur producing bacteria the better.
For best results you should be using a TheraBreath toothpaste also. The effects of the oral rinse will cancel out if you are using a different toothpaste that contains sodium lauryl sulfate.
Whitening trays and syringes: Each syringe contains 3ml of 21% carbamida whitening formula.
This is one of the strongest safe concentrations available for home whitening. This means you will notice results in a shorter period of time. The non-glycerin based solution means reduced sensitivity. However, some people may still notice some sensitivity - this will go away within 24. hours.
After whitening, you may notice slight slight discoloration of your gums - this is also normal and will also go away within a few hours.
The tighter fitting you can make your mouthguards, the better - so be sure to spend time making the mouthguards correctly before you begin.
Make sure to thoroughly brush with the TheraBrite toothpaste
before whitening.
How To Use This Product
Please follow the directions for each product listed on the packaging.
TheraBrite PLUS toothpaste: Place a bead of TheraBrite PLUS toothpaste on your toothbrush and brush thoroughly. Be sure to brush all over - the inside of your cheeks, roof of your mouth, and back of your tongue.
For best results, rinse with a TheraBreath oxygenating mouthwash.
TheraBrite Oral Rinse: Use TheraBrite PLUS Oral Rinse 2-3 times per day
Use 1-2 capfuls and gargle thoroughly. Try to let the oral rinse reach as far back in your throat as possible without gagging. Gargle for at least 30 seconds, or as long as you can.
With a new capful of rinse, swish rinse completely around your entire mouth for at least another 45 seconds.
Whitening trays and syringes: After making your Thermoplastic moldable trays, simply apply a small amount of the whitening gel into the mouthguards, and bite down. Allow the gel to stay in contact with your teeth for at least 1 hour per application (up to 5-8 hours if you prefer).
After 4-5 applications, you will have a distinctly whiter and brighter smile! For detailed instructions which explain this procedure,
