Directions of Use
PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY AS SEEN BELOW,
OR YOU MAY NOT ACHIEVE THE DESIRED RESULTS.
Aktiv-K12 Probiotics Powder
Perform the following seven (7) day cycle until you have completed four (4) cycles. Repeat the entire process every 5-6 months.
Day 1 - Morning and Evening
STEP 1 - Brush and rinse using your choice of TheraBreath toothpaste and oral rinse being careful to follow all product directions. Gently clean your tongue once more with a TheraBreath tongue cleaner.
STEP 2 - Fill the provided mixing cup to the RED line with your choice of any fruit juice or water. Add 16 drops of the AktivOxigen Serum. Swirl this mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds, gargle for 5 additional seconds and spit. Rinse your mouth with water for 10 seconds and spit.
STEP 3 - Choose one of the following methods.
Method A (Water) - Fill the mixing cup to the RED line with water. Using the provided mixing spoon, add one (1) level measure of Aktiv-K12 Powder. Swirl this mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds, gargle for an additional 5 seconds then spit. Do not eat or drink for 5 minutes.
Method B (Yogurt) - Using the provided mixing spoon, add one (1) level measure of Aktiv-K12 Powder to sugar free yogurt. Aktiv-K12 Powder mixed with sugar free yogurt greatly enhances the GOOD bacteria in the Aktiv-K12 Powder. Do not eat or drink anything else for 5 minutes.
Days 2 through 7 - Morning Only
STEP 1 - Same as Day 1
STEP 2 - Fill the provided mixing cup to the BLACK line with water - do not use juice. Add 8 drops of the AktivOxigen Serum. Swirl this mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds, gargle for 5 additional seconds and spit. Rinse your mouth with water for 10 seconds and spit.

| Aktiv-K12 Probiotics Lozenges
Perform the following ten (10) day cycle only once every 45-60 days.
Day 1 - Two (2) Lozenges
STEP 1 - Brush and rinse using your choice of TheraBreath toothpaste and oral rinse being careful to follow all product directions. Gently clean your tongue once more with a TheraBreath tongue cleaner.
STEP 2 - Fill the provided mixing cup to the RED line with your choice of any fruit juice or water. Add 16 drops of the AktivOxigen Serum. Swirl this mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds, gargle for 5 additional seconds and spit. Rinse your mouth with water for 10 seconds and spit.
STEP 3 - Take one Aktiv-K12 Probiotic Lozenge and allow it to slowly melt on your tongue. Do NOT chew the lozenge. Do not eat or drink for 20 minutes.
STEP 4 - Approximately 6 hours after taking your morning lozenge, take a second Aktiv-K12 Probiotic Lozenge and allow it to slowly melt on your tongue. Do NOT chew the lozenge. Do not eat or drink for 20 minutes.
Days 2 through 9 - One (1) Lozenge Only

| Aktiv-K12 Probiotics Chewing Gum
A NOTE ON THE CONSISTENCY OF THE Aktiv-K12 CHEWING GUM:
You may realize that you have to chew this gum a few extra times at first to get it into a "gum-like" consistency. THIS HAS BEEN DONE ON PURPOSE to get the good bacteria released from the gum pellet.
Perform the following seven (7) day cycle until you have used all of the Aktiv-K12 Gum. There is enough gum in one jar for approximately 30 days or four (4) cycles. Repeat the entire process every 5-6 months.
Day 1 - Four (4) Pieces of Gum
STEP 1 - Brush and rinse using your choice of TheraBreath toothpaste and oral rinse being careful to follow all product directions. Gently clean your tongue once more with a TheraBreath tongue cleaner.
STEP 2 - Fill the provided mixing cup to the RED line with your choice of any fruit juice or water. Add 16 drops of the AktivOxigen Serum. Swirl this mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds, gargle for 5 additional seconds and spit. Rinse your mouth with water for 10 seconds and spit.
STEP 3 - Chew one piece of Aktiv-K12 Probiotic gum for 5-10 minutes then spit it out. Do not rinse, eat or drink for 20 minutes.
STEP 4 - Every 2 hours thereafter, chew another piece of gum until you have chewed 3 more pieces. Chew for 5-10 minutes then spit it out.
Days 2 through 7 - One (1) Piece of Gum
STEP 1 - Same as Day 1
STEP 2 - Fill the provided mixing cup to the BLACK line with water - do not use juice. Add 8 drops of the AktivOxigen Serum. Swirl this mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds, gargle for 5 additional seconds and spit. Rinse your mouth with water for 10 seconds and spit.
