Periotherapy is designed to help control breath and for people with periodontal disease or experiencing excessive bleeding gums.

Take your time - in general the longer the toothgel can stay in contact with the damaged gum tissue the better.

How To Use This Product
Brushing:
Gently scrape your tongue with the tongue scraper, reaching as far back as possible. Then put some of the toothpaste on the tongue scraper and coat your tongue as far back as possible without gagging. Brush normally for 1-2 minues, making sure to brush the roof of your mouth, and the insides of your cheeks, and your tongue. When you feel like you need to spit, do so, but do not rinse with water.

Rinse:
Rinse with one capful of the Periotherapy Rinse. Swish the Rinse thoroughly around your mouth.

Use Syringe:
Put some of the toothpaste into the syringe and squirt the toothgel into any pockets you may have in your gums. Let the toothgel stay in the pockets for up to 5 minutes

Rinse:
Rinse thoroughly with 1-2 capfuls of the Periotherapy Rinse, swishing thoroughly around your mouth.
